About Unknown Planet Technology (Hong Kong) Limited
LiberLive is a music technology company that develops smart, app-connected guitars designed to make learning and playing music more accessible. Its flagship product is a stringless smart guitar that uses touch-sensitive surfaces, built-in electronics, and companion software to simulate guitar playing without traditional strings. The device typically integrates with mobile apps or onboard interfaces to guide users through chords, songs, and practice routines, lowering the barrier for beginners who may find conventional instruments difficult or intimidating. LiberLive targets consumers who want a portable, low-maintenance way to explore music creation, including first-time players, hobbyists, and casual learners. The company emphasizes interactive learning, preloaded songs, and digital features that support step-by-step progression rather than formal lessons. While the product has attracted significant attention from technology and music media, the core offering remains focused on consumer hardware and software that blend entertainment with basic music education. The brand sells directly through its website and ships to a wide range of international markets, positioning its smart guitar as a standalone device rather than a full-service music instruction platform.
